Lakou (Miami - US), a cultural hub in Miami's Haitian neighbourhood, sought to rebrand its entire space — a place that hosts artists, community members, students, and visitors looking to explore and appreciate art exhibitions, culinary experiences, and various events celebrating Haitian culture and beyond.

I was commissioned to create lettering and illustrations that would seamlessly adapt to the brand and its communication materials, including restaurant menus, wallpaper patterns, merchandise, postcards, and more.

I designed vintage-style vector illustrations that highlight key elements of Haitian cultural identity. Each element can be adapted across different formats, allowing the cultural center to create a welcoming and immersive experience for its visitors.
